COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Pay: $28.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Human Resources Generalist will serve as the primary day-to-day HR resource for employees and managers, combining hands-on administration with opportunities to improve processes and support a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits and leave administration, compensation support, training, policy administration, and employment compliance. The role will also manage and maximize the company’s Paylocity HR information system, provide backup payroll support as needed, and support employee education about the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
