Infusion Solutions is looking for an organized, experienced, and enthusiastic Human Resources
Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves managing employee relations,
recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance
management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human
Resource Manager plays a vital role in supporting the company’s strategic goals and objectives
while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

We are looking for an individual with experience in growing organizations and building the
structure required for sustainable growth.

  •  Develops, implements, enforces policies and procedures
  •  Addresses employee concerns or grievances
  •  Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations
  •  Trains managers on performance management techniques
  •  Manages all aspects of recruiting, hiring and onboarding at all offices
  •  Oversees and suggests changes to employee benefits including health insurance,
    retirement plans, PTO and leave policies
  •  Acts as expert on Payroll software and trains others how to effectively use
  •  Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance
    with pharmacy/nursing licenses, accrediting bodies, and federal/state/local laws and
    regulations.
  •  Assists managers with preparing and submitting payroll
  •  Monitors HR metrics including time & cost to hire, absenteeism, revenue per employee,
    turnover, job satisfaction etc.
  •  Creates and implements best practices for onboarding and training new employees

 

Requirements:

  •  Bachelors degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
  •  Minimum 5 years experience in HR management
  •  Healthcare related HR experience
  •  Proficient in HR software
  •  Professional certifications such as SHRM are preferred
  •  Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices
