HR Recruiting Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:  HR team member that primarily supports the Merchandising group in the areas of recruiting, orientation, hiring documentation and maintenance of employee records.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

• Posts and pulls down all Merchandising positions to Cyber Recruiter and Indeed
• Screens and dispositions all merchandiser applicants
• Conducts phone screens and routes candidates to supervisor for in-person interviews
• Sends Onboarding Checklist to new hires
• Acts as point of contact for all new/rehires throughout orientation process
• Runs E-Verify for new hires
• Runs background checks for all hires
• Completes data entry of new hire forms and separations
• Assists with maintenance of HRMS records

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus  

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• HR experience required
• Recruiting or strong customer service experience preferred
• Experience with operating systems preferred
• Proficient with MS Office suite required 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

• Office environment
• Long hours sitting in front of a computer
• Walking, reaching, lifting (20 pounds max)
