Job Summary

As our Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for managing the HR functions of the organization including:

  • Oversight of the HR systems
  • Leading management consultation and employee relations 
  • Managing recruiting and onboarding 
  • Managing employee benefits, including health, welfare and retirement programs
  • Assisting with compensation and performance appraisal programs
  • Managing the HR staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience and skills in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Understanding of theory and development of Human Resources procedures and practices
  • Basic and/or advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms and Outlook
  • Keyboarding speed of 55 wpm and data entry skills with accuracy being essential
  • Ability to learn, use and/or become a super user in HRIS system, learning management systems, and incident tracking software.
  • Effective skills in communication, training and conflict resolution

 
Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
